उत्तर- भारतीय संविधान के स्त्रोत
भारतीय संविधान के निर्माण में मुख्य स्रोत निम्न प्रकार हैं-
(I) भारतीय शासन- अधिनियम, 1935- भारत के संविधान का मुख्य आधार 1935 का भारत शासन अधिनियम है। इस अधिनियम की लगभग दो सौ धाराओं का प्रयोग ज्यों-का-त्यों करके संविधान में स्थान दिया गया है।
(2) ब्रिटिश संविधान – संविधान में संसदात्मक शासन प्रणाली की व्यवस्था इंग्लैण्ड के संविधान से ग्रहण की गई है।
(3) अमेरिकी संविधान- भारतीय संविधान की प्रस्तावना, नागरिकों के मौलिक अधिकार, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की स्थापना एवं स्वतन्त्र न्यायपालिका तथा न्यायिक पुनरावलोकन की अवधारणा अमेरिकी संविधान की देन हैं। देश में उपराष्ट्रपति पद के सम्बन्ध में की गई। व्यवस्थाएँ हमारे संविधान में अमेरिकी संविधान का अनुसरण करके ग्रहण की गई हैं।
(4) आयरलैण्ड का संविधान- राज्य के नीति निर्देशक तत्व, राष्ट्रपति के चुनाव में निर्वाचक मण्डल की व्यवस्था, राज्य सभा में विशिष्ट लोगों के मनोनयन की प्रणाली भारतीय संविधान में आयरलैण्ड के संविधान की देन है।
(5) पूर्व सोवियत संघ का संविधान – 42वें संवैधानिक संशोधन द्वारा संविधान में जोड़े गए मौलिक कर्त्तव्य पूर्व सोवियत संघ के संविधान से प्रेरणा लेकर जोड़े गए।
(6) दक्षिण अफ्रीकी संविधान – भारतीय संविधान की संशोधन प्रणाली पर दक्षिण अफ्रीका के संविधान का प्रभाव पड़ा है।

Answer- Sources of Indian Constitution
The main sources in the making of the Indian Constitution are as follows-
(I) Government of India Act, 1935- The main basis of the Constitution of India is the Government of India Act of 1935. Nearly two hundred sections of this Act have been included in the Constitution as per their usage.
(2) British Constitution – The system of parliamentary governance in the Constitution has been adopted from the Constitution of England.
(3) American Constitution- Preamble of the Indian Constitution, fundamental rights of citizens, establishment of the Supreme Court and independent judiciary and the concept of judicial review are the gifts of the American Constitution. In relation to the post of Vice President in the country. The arrangements have been adopted in our Constitution by following the American Constitution.
(4) Constitution of Ireland – The Directive Principles of State Policy, the system of electoral college in the election of the President, the system of nomination of special people in the Rajya Sabha, are the contribution of the Constitution of Ireland in the Indian Constitution.
(5) Constitution of the former Soviet Union – The fundamental duties added to the Constitution by the 42nd Constitutional Amendment were added taking inspiration from the Constitution of the former Soviet Union.
(6) South African Constitution – The amendment system of the Indian Constitution has been influenced by the Constitution of South Africa.
